MaineStreet Human Resources Upgrade
Important Information for All Employees
Schedule of Events:

Prior to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2018 - Employees who run HR reports and processes should retrieve any archived reports in the MaineStreet HR Provess Monitor that will be needed. The system only stores reports up to ten days prior and when the upgrade process begins on Friday at 5:00 p.m., it will clear out the archives of unretrieved reports.

Starting Friday, June 8, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. - MaineStreet Human Resources will be unavailable during the upgrade process which will occur over the weekend and through the end of the day, Monday, June 11, 2018.

Important - Please note that the Payroll and Benefits teams will be unavailable Monday, June 11, as they prepare for the upgrade.

Tuesday, June 12, 2018 - MaineStreet Human Resources will be available for all employees.
  • Employees should enter time for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday, June 9-10.
  • Managers may begin approving time for timesheets submitted for the week beginning June 3, 2018.
  • Note that time entered on June 12 will not be available for approval until June 13.

Employee Upgrade Checklist:

All employees should complete the following steps prior to Tuesday, June,12, 2018:

 

  • Complete UMS Academy:MaineStreet Human Resources Upgrade Training before June 12.
  • Prior to logging into the upgraded HR System on Tuesday, June 12, clear your browser's cache!
