By now, you've heard that a change is coming in the MaineStreet Human Resources experience for employees, supervisors, and managers. In just a matter of days, June 12 to be exact, your visit will look significantly different. Gone will be the breadcrumb navigation at the top of each page. Front and center will be what are called "tiles" that are much more intuitive and are a fast track to the functions you're familiar with. Here's a sneak peek at the new Employee Self Service page:
As is often the case when charting a course through new and unfamiliar surroundings, a compass can be very handy and you will have one to help guide you on the new MaineStreet Human Resources toolbar.
Clicking on the compass icon will open a navigation bar where you will find links to the functions you depend upon in MaineStreet (Time Reporting, Personal Information, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, etc....).

Keeping it simple is a goal of the upgrade and with the compass feature, it's rendered as simple as possible for you to access the most common or frequent functions. What's next?
